Hi!
Crazy to believe that Christmas Eve is Wednesday! I know everyone’s celebrations may look a little different and may be smaller this year, but I think the Holidays are always an excuse to make a nice meal to celebrate whether big or small.
It is fun for me to hear about people’s different traditions for meals over the Holidays. I wanted to try to do a 7 fishes meal for Christmas Eve this year but… maybe next year lol In my family we usually always switch it up for Christmas Eve, but on Christmas Day we always do a beef tenderloin, some type of potato, vegetable, and always a nice cheese tray.
We got a truffle brie from the Wasik’s cheese shop that I’m pretty amped about.
We have come up with our menu’s for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year. Even though there’s only 4 of us, we are still determined to make it special!

- Tuna Crudo
- Linguine with Clams
- Garlic Bread
- Meatballs
- Simple Salad

Christmas Morning Brunch
